Responsibilities• In charge of running our UPS area; supervising the production of 10-16 people a day. • Reviewing applications submitted on our internal websites. • Responsible for making phones calls to screen applicants.• Planning and scheduling of all interviews that passed screening.• Administrator for our compensation, benefits and performance management systems.• Documentation of all follow-up procedures.• Responsible for planning and meeting goals. • Member of the Safety Committee; responsible for reporting safety violations.Training• I was trained thoroughly on how to respect each applicant and treat each one equally. • I quickly gained knowledge on what questions we were allowed to ask and still get an understanding of what each applicant has to offer to the company. • Trained on our HR and Safety programs and systems

Responsibilities• I was in charge of daily activities and programs for the kids to actively keep learning and keep their minds growing. • I was responsible for transporting children to and from school.• I was responsible for extra-curricular activities they may be involved. • Responsible or the planning of monthly celebration days for grade and reading achievement was also something I took pride in.
