• Ensures all necessary updated technical documentation are available in hand to performed inspection activities. • Verifies manufacturing activities are carried out in compliance with the contract provision and specifications.• Ensures the vendor performs the job based on the approved Inspection Test Plan ITP.• Verifies all equipment and instruments to be utilized for the execution of the test are controlled, suitable and calibrated.• Ensures all tests are carried out in compliance with the established codes and technical specifications and the results conform to the specified acceptance standard.• Reviews test certificates to ensure in-process all results are properly recorded and documented complying with specifications.• Countersigns the certificates prepared by the vendor after the completion of work, certifying that the results of the test performed in his presence were true, ensuring vendors’ equipments and tools used are suitable and properly calibrated that the procedures followed for the performance of the test are those prescribed by the codes and by the project specifications.• Review vendor compilation of quality record that will be incorporated into Manufacturing Data Record Book.
