"How big would you dream, if you knew you couldn't fail?", those were the exact words my uncle asked me twelve years ago. Growing up I ponder on those words as I reach the goals I set.I decided to be a Chemical engineer in the early years of my teen's and fast-forwarding to now, I am a Chemical engineering graduate with working experience in the petroleum refinery industry and tax audit consultancy for clients in the oil and gas sector.Working at my current job reminds me of how much I dreamt to be where I am now as a kid. I was hired during the commissioning and pre-commissioning phase of the plant I was assigned to. Unlike most refinery engineers who aren't privileged to witness and be a part of the start-up of a plant, I am privileged to be part of the process, learning and contributing to the commissioning of the RFCC gasoline desulphurization unit of the refinery. My job is to learn, build and operate the world's largest single-train refinery. Previously, I worked in one of the "Big Four" auditing firms as a tax consultant for clients in the oil and gas sector. My job was to work with a team of tax professionals and provide professional tax services to clients in the oil and gas sector.I have been able to acquire vast knowledge about the petroleum industry and I look forward to acquiring more knowledge. I am passionate about the petroleum industry in Nigeria and hope to contribute to its growth.I should also mention that I am a passionate Chelsea supporter, a fan of good music, and a UI/UX designer. I made the top 6 finalists for my team at the KPMG innovation summit by creating the user interface for them.I love meeting new people, let's connect here.😊😊😊
