- Cost management; actual cost tracking, forecast/re-estimate costs, and variance management, overall valuation of the project progress and execution
- Project resource management and maintaining financial time tracking and reporting tool, true-up staffing profiles and maintain required fields in PPM tool
- Risk & Quality management; tracking and resolving or mitigating RAID log items
- Stakeholder analysis, relationship management and schedule management
- Hosted agile/SCRUM ceremonies, sprint planning, back log grooming, organize and conduct team demos, story point and velocity tracking/reporting team progress in Azure tool
