Ensured that these funds were brought together and expended as directed within terms of the Law or other agreements; and that sound management principles were used to assure maximum utilization of all resources in support of troop training. Communicated and performed complex coordination, inside and outside the training center, with National Guard Bureau (NGB) personnel, the commands of other MACOMs, states and their staffs, and various organizational headquarters on matters pertaining to supply and training support activities at the training center. Interacted with the local media and handled sensitive public relations problems. Responded to congressional inquiries concerning legislation that has potential impact on current and future training center operations and requirements in support of national defense missions.
