With over 9 years of experience in quality management and analytics in the healthcare sector, I am a Senior Director of Quality at Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive primary care services to underserved communities. In my current role, I oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards. I also lead the quality and analytics team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance their performance and professional growth. My core competencies include manufacturing strategy, health plans, and problem solving, which I leverage to optimize the quality of care and patient satisfaction, as well as to reduce costs and risks. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of the populations we serve, and I am committed to advancing the mission and vision of Neighborhood Health Center. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization, having worked as a Director of Quality and a Quality and Analytics Manager in the past, as well as having a background in marketing.
