With over 9 years of experience in quality management and analytics in the healthcare sector, I am a Senior Director of Quality at Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive primary care services to underserved communities. In my current role, I oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
