Franklin Smith is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), graduate of York University's MBA program, and the University of Toronto’s Physics and Astronomy programs. His experience encompasses the areas of change and business management, strategic planning, organizational development, business process re-engineering, and staff / project management. One of Franklin's key strengths is his ability to understand different organizational cultures and complex business operations, in order to develop and implement strategic and rational change initiatives. Franklin is able to accomplish this by making use of his well-developed leadership, communication, information technology, and interpersonal skills.Franklin has been privileged in his career to work with, and on behalf of, forward-thinking senior business leaders in Canada’s private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Franklin’s most recent assignment is as Executive Director, on behalf of an international membership organization with recognized charitable status in both Canada and the United States, as well as NGO status at the United Nations.
