Works with contractors and engineers for work performed; new construction, maintenance, testing, etc. Establishes RM architecture for the organization and oversees all safety activity such as: OSHA, FDA, ADA, EPA, HLAC, NFPA, IFC, ANSI, USDA, Consumer Product Safety Commission, CDC Model Aquatic Code, and other industry standards.Works as direct liaison to all county, state and federal regulators. Works directly with Senior Attorney.Acts as Risk and Safety Officer on Incident Command and Business Continuity Teams. Member of PCI Compliance Committee. Writes and oversees all written plans and programs for emergency management, business continuity, and EHS plans, programs, and drills. Oversees safety committees for business operations including: 2 Casinos, 2 Hotels, Metal Works, Industrial Laundry, Fuel Stations, Upholstery Shop, RV Resort, Raceway Park, Golf and Country Club, Energy Co., etc. Appointed Health Administrator to work directly with Medical Director. Reviews contracts for insurance, vendors, events, concerts, major purchases, leases, etc.
