In my position as a Junior Laboratory Analyst (Intern) at Mérieux NutriSciences Hortec, I started of in the preplab where my main focus was on sample preparation of different pesticide residue samples. Than progressed to the LC Laboratory where competancy was gained working with Sciex LC/MSMS ans TQMS Waters instrumentation. Primary roles in the LC laboratory includes performance of routine analyses , scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting. Where secondary roles includes standard preparation, mobile phase preparation, General House Keeping (GHK) as well as doing monthly stocktake. I am in the process of completing my research project where I obtain conducting method validation experience.
