• Stock control of warehouse stock items• Receiving and issuing stock on ERP system• Ensure stock items are labelled and stored correctly• Provide support to Procurement and Warehouse Administrator:• In establishing and maintaining detailed item listing and stock levels• Issue stock to departments on the internal requests received and fulfil.• Control of all items sent off-site for repairs• Ensure adherence to the Waybill & Security Procedures applicable to Equipment/Asset movement on/off-site• Inspect incoming goods for defects, correctness and completeness against an approved Purchase order • Perform effective weekly cycle counts so that all items are covered within the period of a month• Perform effective Quarterly stock counts to be performed in conjunction with the Procurement and Warehouse Administrator and Financial Controller• Ensure that all faulty items, incorrectly delivered items are returned to the supplier within the applicable time frames as per contract terms • Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment• Notification to finance of Bond store item usage - to be capitalized• Assist with annual fixed asset verification/count process• Receiving & labelling of fixed asset items - to be communicated to Accountant.• Issue of fixed assets for commissioning / decommissioning
