Kubota Research and Development North America (KRDNA) represents a stronger commit to the core customer concentric and continous quality improvement value propositions of Kubota. As a team member of the Kubota Corporation, my direct responsibilites have been focused on supporting the Kubota's turf products. Working for the Kubota Turf Engineering North America (TENA) department of KRDNA has allowed me the opportunity to support the business in a diverse level of responsibilities. Initially, my professional career began as a Test and Evaluation Engineer. This strong role created an offer to be a change agent and support innovating the evaluation process for product development. Examples include the introduction of new data acquisition (DAQ) system, quality improvement field studies and enhancing the collaboration amoung the Kubota engineering groups. With a career founded on exploring contunuious improvement and maintaining an open growth mindset, my growth potential is endlessly evolving. Now Kubota has appointed my strong technical skills and emotional intelligence toward leading the development of electric turf product for the North American Market. It is my purpose to ensure that Kubota offers customers the highest quality turf products in the new emerging markets. Leveraging from my experience as a Test and Evaluation Engineer, as a Development Engineer leading product development as an Assistant Manager. My development and leadership style will focus on supporting Kubota core commitments to quality and the customer.
