Documentation of system and business processes. • In collaboration with other stakeholders analyze business requirements to identify required HR system changes. Configure, test and implement system improvements.• Main point of contact for the users and leaders, providing constant system support from enrolling, resolving system issues with CAT and report creation.• Assist and work on miscellaneous projects on a as required bases (eg.
