• Surveillance Monitoring: Oversee the club’s security cameras and ensure all areas are under constant surveillance to prevent cheating, theft, or misconduct. • Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized members, staff, and guests are allowed inside the premises. • Patrol & Incident Response: Conduct regular patrols of the club, respond promptly to any security incidents or disturbances, and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary. • Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise the security team, assign shifts, and provide training on protocols and emergency procedures. • Dispute Resolution: Handle player disputes professionally and ensure a peaceful resolution without escalating conflicts. • Money Handling Security: Monitor high-stakes games and ensure secure handling of cash, chips, and valuables. Work closely with the cashier to prevent fraud or theft. • Player & Staff Safety: Ensure a safe environment for players and staff, addressing any safety concerns and conducting regular checks on equipment like alarms and fire extinguishers. • Compliance & Regulation Enforcement: Ensure that the club adheres to local laws and regulations, particularly regarding gambling, and enforce house rules.
