-Create and upkeep 15-20 forums/documents, like Excel and SAP, weekly to ensure all financial and employee records are accurate and easily accessible for corporate use. -Count, log, and deposit ~200,000 dollars per week to Chase Bank Inc. to keep both our safe and the bank's balance per corporate standards. -Communicate and solve problems regarding change inventory, change orders, and record discrepancies with zone managers so that our 28 stores can properly accommodate all customers. -Administer record and equipment transportation with warehouse managers to ensure that our data-sensitive records are uncompromised and that we maintain needed equipment/office supplies for the day’s work.
