I was responsible for managing the manufacturing plant, commercial team and the factory logistics team. I participated in the preparation and tracking of the planning and production control of the mega yacht Santa Rita I.In the main activities, I had weekly meetings with the chief engineers of each branch of the production to ensure that the different sectors of the shipyard worked harmoniously, preventing rework and delays in the work.Preparation and monitoring of the vessel's complex construction schedule in the Microsoft Project program, which involved more than 700 activities interconnected in the most different ways.Monthly meetings with the client surveyors to update them on the status of the works.

Design of 6 super yachts, carrying out balance and stability calculations. I prepared the tilt test for a Fast Supply Boat in accordance with the standard stipulated by the ABS classifier and monitored its execution. I led a team of 30 shipyard employees for 3 months to complete the delivery of the military vessel Brendan Simbwaye - NaPa 200, which was exported to the Namibian navy. I was in contact with Engepron Engineers and surveyors from the French Navy, managing the pending issues and suggestions made by them so that the vessel could reach the highest level of quality and reliability required by military vessels.
