• Provide strategic leadership of assigned population health quality improvement staff, member cohorts, and workgroups to improve health outcomes and HEDIS metrics in alignment with the IHI Quadruple Aim and Model for Improvement • Collaborative QI work with state regulatory partners, other MCO’s, providers, and community organizations on quality improvement projects and teams• Leadership of a multidisciplinary subgroup for statewide Medicaid Covid-19 and Pregnancy Risk Assessment quality improvement projects • Provide strategic thought leadership to integrate population health, QI tools, and SDOH interventions

Works in partnership with the Institute for H.O.P.E. and Population Health Innovation leaders to support high priority organizational projects and efforts by applying change management and process improvement methodologies to execute plans. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies to maximize existing program efficiency and effectiveness through investigation, partnership, and development of frontline operations, while guiding the process of change with new ventures and projects across systems of people, products, and technology.

Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area

Collaborates with the MetroHealth Population Health Innovation Institute leadership team to set Institute goals, track progress, identify obstacles, and develop countermeasures. Responsible for tactical coordination, operational analysis, and process improvement. Serves as project support for Institute Initiatives by applying technology and business consulting skills, problem solving, relationship management, customer diplomacy, and program coordination. Formulates and automates processes that improve care delivery systems as well as quality metric outcomes and total cost of care for targeted populations.

Locust Pediatric Care Group & Adolescent Medicine

Managed several Primary Care and Subspecialty departments caring for the the under-resourced, refugees, foster care, and medically complex patients, as well as teens and young adults. Achieved first Patient Centered Medical Home (NCQA) certification at Akron Children's. Obtained National Health Service Corps designation for Adolescent Medicine Division. Implemented Lean process improvement and integrated Bridges Out of Poverty concepts into practice operations. Expanded clinical programming and optimized division operations.
