I employ a consultative approach to mortgage banking. Using my background as a former financial advisor, the client's entire financial landscape is reviewed and goals are determined in order to place him in the appropriate mortgage instrument. On the residential side, I write purchase-money loans on primary, 2nd homes, and investment properties less than four units as well as refinances for those properties. I look for innovative ways to obtain the best possible terms for the client like the avoidance of paying private mortgage insurance. Mortgage Network promises no-cost refinancing of any loan that has been previously written by our firm.On the commercial side, I obtain real estate loans for business owners who intend to occupy at least 51% of their properties. I can extend capital to business owners for inventory, furniture, and soft-costs associated with the loan closing.

I helped clients reach their financial goals by structuring and monitoring customized asset allocation models. I held a financial adsvisor's series 7 license, insurance licenses, and a series 33 license (commodities).

I marketed, sold, and underwrote residential mortgage loans. The direction of the company was to refinance high-interest loans for self-employed homeowners. I held a California real estate broker's license.
