President and Board Member of the Northland Real Estate Investment Group whose purpose is to connect and educate those involved in real estate investing. During my career I have also had the good fortune of being able to help create a food and beverage business for the country’s largest chain of movie theatres and in the process, established a new segment in the On-Premise Dining and Adult Beverage Industry. In order to do this, we had to convince Management, Employees, Suppliers and Investors that this idea represented a real opportunity and thankfully, a lot of folks got on board. I learned so much from all of these partners and I intend to capitalize on this knowledge and experience throughout the rest of my career.Here are some of the key areas of strength that I believe I bring to the table.🔹 Strategic Business Planning – I am able to take a big picture idea and define it into a practical business opportunity. Then, I’m able to develop annual and long-term strategies that Senior Management can support and the organization can develop tactical plans to accomplish. 🔹 Tactical Program Planning and Execution – I am confident that I can take an Annual Strategic Plan and develop and prioritize the necessary tactical plans to achieve the Strategic objectives on-time and within budget.🔹 Cross-Functional Team Leadership – Throughout my career I have been fortunate to have achieved many of the goals and objectives that I was either tasked with or personally created. The vast majority of these successes would not have been possible without gaining the support and inputs from a lot of people that didn’t work for me. The ability to effectively build, lead and motivate teams made all of my successes possible. 🔹 Developing People – Part of the challenge to creating an entirely new business model is being constantly focused on making sure your team has the knowledge and skills base to accomplish great things. I am very proud of the many Associates that I’ve worked with who have been promoted into bigger and more impactful roles. 🔹 Improving Processes – The last 10 years of my career have been one continuous effort towards developing and refining menu’s, designing new, highly efficient and production kitchen operations, developing and implementing marketing programs for new and unique concepts.
