ECR International, Inc. is a manufacturing company in the USA. ECR provides heating and cooling products under a family of brand names in North America, with two facilities in upstate NY and distribution points throughout the US and Canada. I manage the marketing team developing and maintaining print materials along with ECR's online presence, social media channels, and video content. In 2021 I was promoted from Graphic Designer to Marketing Technical Specialist to assist with improving the customer experience throughout our marketing materials, websites, and video content. In February of 2022 I was promoted to Marketing Manager to supervise the marketing department.

The artwork by Franklin Kielar depict abstract images rooted in visual storytelling. He developed his skills to sketch characters, concepts, and storyboards; while getting his Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Animation at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. That schooling led to his abstract and surreal black and white artwork. With influences such as Walt Disney and Jim Henson, he focused on great stories and artistic skills for film and animation. For ten years he worked on independent film productions; many of which received awards such as the short film 'Hope;' and feature film 'Ink and Steel.' Franklin continues to work on his artwork and films in Upstate New York; where he frequently attends art shows and events.

Also handled all promotional video and print materials as well as website updates and all customer relations.

Tasked with managing the Art Dept. and making sure orders are taken and processed in a timely manner and prioritized accordingly. Utilizing modern printing techniques, software, and hardware to achieve the best output for textiles, Vinyl, and other graphic applications. Expert use of Adobe Illustrator and excellent team work dynamic necessary.

Tasked with technical phone support of all ordering systems; PC setup and repair; testing new technologies for ordering systems; and small amount of graphic and photo editing tasks for the company.
