Responsible for Installing, upgrading and support the IP Telephony infrastructures of dozens of costumers in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.- Successfully worked with a team of Voice System Engineer in the installation, operation, maintenance and upgrading of the following data, voice and video equipment: - Cisco CallManager version 3.3 to 5.X, 6.X and CallManager Express- Unity Voice Mail , Avaya PBX integration and 911 PATRIOT system(Plant-CML) - IP Contact Center Express installation and integration with the Call Managers.- All kind of Voice Gateways and Gatekeeper to support the IP Telephony( MGCP,SCCP, H323 - IP Conference Connection, IP Video Conference and VTA.- Cisco Emergency Responder.- Cisco Wireless Layer 3 roaming to support Cisco Wireless phones 7920.

Responsible for working with a small team of network consultants to design, support and maintain CISCO router and switch. Network infrastructures for Verizon's client base in the Dominican Republic. Responsibilities and accomplishments include: Meeting with clients to provide network and architecture design recommendations. - Providing hands-on assistance in the implementation, management and support of the following network technologies: - TCP/IP ,SDLC and IPX configuration. - Routing strategies using RIP, OSPF, BGP and EIGRP. - Point-to-Point, frame relay, DSL and ATM communication. - Installing routers such as: - CISCO series 7200, 3800,2800,1800, 3600, 2600, 1700 and 800 - Routers Nortel Network AN and ARN - Interfacing with clients and vendors to Configure, install, manage and support Cisco switches to the highest series 6500, 4000,3500, 3750 as well as series 2900 and 1900. - Implementing VOIP and VOFR solutions, using knowledge of QOS and PBX.- Configuring and installing PIX firewall for VPN and Network security. - Implementing and configuring Cisco Call Manager for IP Telephony and SRST router for remote locations. - Fiber Optic Multiplexers, Siemens Channel Bank, CSU/DSU - Frame Relay, ATM and X-25 Switches, - ISDN, T1, T3/DS3.
