I’ve been fortunate enough to have completed a KTP project financed by the DIUS and BERR. The partnership was with Kingspan Group PLC and Wolverhampton University.During the financial crash I purchased a going concern B2B company. Results included but not limited to expanding the offering to B2C, Rebranding and repositioning the wholesale arm and launching a B2C retail arm; sourced and onboarded new factories in China and South Korea; improved business processes and systems in both the domestic and the Far East offices reaching Sedex standards in both; 4 x turnover increase and importantly, had fun doing it.My focus now is digital presence helping customers achieve their commercial goals.
