Responsibilities:Overall in charge of Track Maintenance for Line 2, including Reach 3, Reach 4, and Hingna Depot, as part of the Nagpur Metro Rail Project - Phase 1.Key Duties:1. Conducting inspections and performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of ballasted and ballastless tracks, ensuring compliance with safety standards as per the track manual.2. Reviewing OMS (Oscillation Monitoring System) data to ensure safe train operations and provide a smooth, comfortable ride for passengers.3. Establishing and managing the track maintenance store, ensuring the availability of tools, equipment, spares, and consumables.4. Forming and managing the track maintenance team, including assessing manpower requirements, creating maintenance schedules, and assigning tasks to ensure timely inspection and upkeep.5. Ensuring competency certification for all team members and preparing proposals for special training as per RDSO (Research Designs and Standards Organization) specifications.6. Preparing the annual budget, drafting tender proposals, organizing staff training, and coordinating the calibration of maintenance equipment (M&P) as per operational needs.7. Monitoring work progress and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and effective project execution.8. Conducting surprise safety and quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards and rectify any issues promptly.9. Collaborating with the IT team to develop a digital track maintenance platform using Dotnet & SAP for efficient record-keeping and reporting.10. Planning and executing routine mock drills for temporary track restoration and AT (Aluminothermic) welding at sites.11. Liaising with the project team to oversee the handover of tracks and ensuring timely resolution of any snag lists or outstanding issues.12. Mentoring team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of accountability and performance in the workplace.

Project: Construction of two Metro Train Depots (MIHAN Depot and Hingna Depot) for the Nagpur Metro Rail Project.Key Responsibilities:1. Supervision and Monitoring: Overseeing the progress of all civil works related to the construction. RCC building works from foundation to finishing stages. Pre-engineered buildings (PEB), from foundation to installation of machinery, embedded track sections, column tracks, etc. Specialized facilities such as pit wheel lathes, auto coach washing plants, etc. Retaining walls, reinforced earth walls, roads, compound walls, and box culverts. Combined services infrastructure including RCC cable trenches, troughs, recharge pits, pipelines for sewerage, water supply, irrigation, firefighting etc.,2. Tender Preparation and Contracting:o Preparing tender documents for structural, architectural, PEB, firefighting, earthworks, and other related construction works of the depot.o Overseeing the award of contracts related to above.3. Technical Evaluation and Pre-Bid Support:o Conducting technical evaluations of contract packages and preparing responses to pre-bid queries.4. Contract Management and Coordination:o Managing contracts and liaising with general consultants, civil and system contractors to ensure efficient completion through effective interface management.5. Progress Monitoring:o Reviewing construction programs submitted by contractors and participating in progress review and interface coordination meetings.6. Bill Verification and Claims Analysis:o Checking and verifying bills submitted by contractors and analyzing of various claims for payments and proper contract fulfilment.7. Documentation and Record:o Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to all aspects of the construction process.8. Quality & Safety Inspections:o Conducting regular quality and safety inspections to ensure that work is carried out according to contractual conditions and its complience.

Project: 2Nos of Metro train Depots i.e MIHAN Depot and Hingna Depot for Nagpur Metro Rail Project.Description of Duties: -1. Involved in Supervision, overlooking and monitoring the progress of all civil related works in the construction of both MIHAN and Hingna Depots.· RCC Building works from foundation to Finishing· PEB shed from foundation to installation of Machineries, Embedded track portion, column track etc.· Construction of Pit wheel lathe, Auto Coach washing plant, etc.· Construction of Retaining wall, Reinforced Earth wall, Roads, Compound wall, Box culvert.· Construction of Combined services works both external & Internal such as RCC Cable trench, cable trough, Recharge pit, Laying of Pipe line for sewerage, water supply system, Irrigation system, Firefighting with Manhole etc., Rain water drain, RCC Hume pipe laying with Pull pit.2. Preparation of Tender documents for Structural, Architectural, PEB, Firefighting, Earthworks and other miscellaneous works including award of Contract related to construction of both the Depots of Nagpur Metro Rail Project.3. Technical Evaluation of Contract packages and preparation of response to pre-bid queries.4. Contract management and Liasioning with General consultants, civil contractor and as well as other system contractors through interface for effective and efficient completion of the project.5. Review of Construction programmes submitted by the contractors and participated in progress review meetings, interface meetings etc.6. Checking of Bills submitted by contractors and analysis of various claims submitted by various contractors.7. Maintaining documentary work related to construction.8. Carrying out quality and safety inspections for the works carried ensuring the work being carried out with Quality as well as Safety as per Contractual conditions and various standards mentioned in NIT, Technical specifications, IRS Bridge code, MORTH and BIS Codal provisions, etc.

Civil Service Training Institute, Bhavani Sagar, Erode District:o Executed construction of new infrastructure facilities, including an integrated housing complex for staff, additional hostel facilities, upgrades to existing amenities, smart classroom setups, and the development of arterial roads.2.
