I know what it is like to hit a roadblock with technology, when it becomes grumpy. I enjoy working through those issues, with folks who need assistance, until it becomes clear what could be done to fix the issue, or what the underlying cause was. My background is working as a business technology analyst to root out the needs of the client, when technology is working against them. Be that a system issue with software, or the physical hardware itself.What can lead to immense frustration is if there is something wrong with the tools given at work. If they are designed to set someone up to fail, they need to be reevaluated.My work focus with others is to create an environment, where they can feel confident in the tools, they use to complete their job. Over time my hope is that it will ripple into a better system that welcomes adaptation and innovation.When I am not working, I enjoy taking care of our dogs and cats, with the occasional foster puppy.
