Be that a system issue with software, or the physical hardware itself.What can lead to immense frustration is if there is something wrong with the tools given at work. If they are designed to set someone up to fail, they need to be reevaluated.My work focus with others is to create an environment, where they can feel confident in the tools, they use to complete their job.
