I am a motivational speaker, consultant, trainer and facilitator. I offer a broad range of training including Integrated Quality Management Systems (IQMS), utilizing my more than forty years of experience in quality management, including working with Phil Crosby (ZD) and W. Edwards Deming (TQM). I have been acquainted with ISO 9001 since 1988. As a consultant and trainer I help organizations develop and/or improve their IQMS based on the principles in ISO 9001:2015. IQMS is a practical integration of Zero Defects (ZD), Total Quality Management (TQM), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Risk Management using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), ISO standards and Six Sigma. Training is offered as one-on-one, in groups and as Asynchronous Individual Learner Tutorials (AILTs) on CD/DVD. Members of my company also offer Public Speaking tutorials and coaching, music theory, piano and vocal performance.
