• Plan, schedule and manage multiple installation projects of standard and custom shade products.• Plan, schedule and manage the work of a team consisting of: 5 crews (up to 20 employees at one time and a Construction Coordinator) and multiple (5) Independent Sub-Contractors.• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Order Entry, Project Management, Production and Shipping, to ensure projects are completed within budget and in accordance with company quality standards.• Perform site survey visits and warranty inspections.• Request and manage bids from vendors and subcontractors.• Order equipment and supplies.• Manage resources (labor and materials)• Collaborate with Safety Specialist to implement and maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with company safety procedures as well as federal safety regulations.• Held an unsurpassed company record of “No Time Lost Incidents” for the team since August of 2007 (over 1,200 working days)• Perform various administrative tasks such as payroll processing, daily construction reports.• Perform HR functions such as hiring, terminating, training, performance reviews, etc.• Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner under company standards.
