Frank is also on the Investment Committee at Regenerative Agriculture, Climate, Biodiversity and Food tech investor Cultiv8 Funds Management and AgTech Accelerator SparkLabs Cultiv8 (where he is also an LP) - with 54 companies in the portfolio globally including FutureFeed, LoamBio, Dendra Systems, Zetifi, Innerplant, JamesTyler, Arruga, MeliBio and Flyers. Previously, Frank was at Horizons Ventures, where he was on the Board of Directors for Spotify, Siri, Affectiva, Summly and others. Frank was the co-founder and CEO of Equilibrium.ai, which was founded in 2019 in Singapore, together with Jay McCarthy. Equilibrium was acquired by FiscalNote,com in 2021. Frank joined the senior leadership team, running the ESG business globally, and helping the company go IPO in 2022 on the NYSE at $1.1B valuation.He was also Global Director of Devices and Products at Three Group - part of Hutchison Whampoa. Frank put together the team that created some of the most innovative early mobile products including the Skypephone - the first zero rated implementation of Skype on a mobile network, and the INQ1 which won best handset at the Mobile World Congress in 2009. He started his career as a software developer with Ericsson Mobile in Sweden, after graduating from KTH in Stockholm and the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, and Master of Science in Fluid Mechanics.
