I have served a number of multinational SEC registrants and privately held companies of varying sizes with experience in the pharmaceutical & life sciences, medical devices, industrial products, aerospace & technology industries. Over the course of my career, I have developed significant experience in SEC reporting, supporting initial public offerings, carve-out financial statements and audits, secondary public offerings, share and debt registration statements, and licensing arrangements. Extensive technical accounting and auditing experience including complex revenue recognition - including long-term contract accounting, business combinations, share-based compensation, internal control over financial reporting, income taxes, employee benefit plans, multi-location & international audit engagements. My experience is inclusive of multiples roles in PwC's National Office as a Partner in Auditing Services, with a focus on client service team support, including providing guidance to engagement teams in executing audits and assisting engagement teams with addressing complex audit matters. In addition to assisting teams with complex audit matters, I also have experience in the development of audit tools, guidance and training courses and have significant experience in teaching technical course material.
