In 2008 my firm teamed with an architectural firm to prepare a Lovell Safe Routes to School Improvements plan for the Town of Lovell, WY. Preparing the Civil Engineering tasks such as street, sidewalk, ADA requirements, signage and striping, needed to provide safe walking and bike routes to schools.• Gravel pit permit applications and reports, water rights and reclamation plans for Wyoming DEQ. Responsible for the preparation of multiple gravel pit mining applications. Prepared documents for submission and approval through local planning commissions and governing bodies. Preparation of Wyoming DEQ Mine Permit application including all written documents, site surveys, mine plan, reclamation plan and required information. Also completed and submitted to Wyoming DEQ Air Quality, and Storm Water Discharge Permits. Assisted the same client with preparation and submission of Wyoming DEQ Air Quality permit applications for hot asphalt mix asphalt plant and concrete batch plants.
