Managed large volumes of Caterpillar spares and consumables for repairs and maintenance, resulting in 99.97% plant up time

Successfully trained 75 local youth within the Newmont Ahafo catchment area who sat and passed City & Guilds trade Electrician exams. In addition, trained over one thousand construction employees in fall protection and standard working at height practices, resulting in one of the safest projects in Africa.
