Responsible for all financial operations of the US arm of the German automotive parts manufacturer. Led the Finance, Accounting, and IT departments for the US Operations. Worked directly with the Plant Manager to completely overhaul the cost structure in order to return the company to profitability and generate positive cash flow to shore up cash position.

Managed a department of over 30, including managers, supervisors, and front-line employees, with an annual departmental budget in excess of $2.5 million. Directly responsible for Global Accounts Receivable with an average balance in excess of $600 million, and North American Accounts Payable with an average balance in excess of $200 million.

Directed all North American Credit, Collections, and Cash Application. Managed an average Accounts Receivable balance in excess of $150 million.
