Employed in Law Enforcement in the State of Connecticut since 1972, Patrol Commander at the City of Norwich Police Department 1994 to 1996. Wrote and administered grants in excess of 3 million annually, responsible for maintaining contact with community and business groups in the City of Norwich and with various departments in State government.Graduate of the University of N. Florida University Traffic Accident Reconstruction program. Recognised as Traffic Accident Reconstructionist by Superior Court of the State of Connecticut.Hired in December 1996 to develop a Police department for the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut. Presently Chief of Police for the Mohegan tribe with a staff of 27 sworn officers including a Deputy Chief, 5 Sergeants and a staff of Emergency Dispatchers. Also act as Department Head for Tribal Security with a staff of 48 personnel. Served several terms as Co-chair of the USET Tribal Justice Committee, Member of the FBI's CJIS Northeastern Working Group, Co-Chair of ESF 13 Working Group in the (CT) Region 4 Regional Emergency Planning Team
