- Lead recruiting efforts for Chello a division of OFG Bancorp which offers a first-of-its-kind funding engine that integrates directly with healthcare practice claims and payment data to provide quicker access than a traditional bank.- Functional & lead recruiter for: Customer Intelligence, Mortgage Servicing, Legal & USVI.

- Collaborate with business partners, internal stakeholders, and vendors to guide the best candidates through the full cycle recruiting process from functional units such as: Customer Intelligence, Mortgage, US Digital Bank, Compliance, among others.- Expertise in sourcing, headhunting & pipelining for hard-to-fill positions at the Individual Contributor & Leadership level such as: Fraud, Project Management, Data Analysis, Business Architecture, Technology, BSA, Commercial Credit, among others.- Design, generate & maintain Talent Acquisition insights & analytics using Excel, Power BI & Workday.- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) & project owner for all recruiting tech related matters in HRIS system.

- Work closely with recruiters, business partners, internal stakeholders and vendors to guide the best candidates through the interview and hiring process.- Track candidates through applicant tracking system (ATS) including but not limited to reporting, job posting, screening and data integrity, among others.- Generate, schedule and conduct visual, phone, virtual and/or in-person screenings & interviews.- Facilitate hiring/onboarding of internal & external candidates through HRIS.- Recommend improvement opportunities in existing recruiting work flows to improve efficiency and productivity.- Design, generate and maintain talent acquisition insights and analytics.- Support HR Talent Acquisition projects.
