Current• Assist in developing go to market strategy, price architecture and product portfolio- all within start up environment • Broker management• Headquarter calls at both distribution and national accounts• Identifies, creates, sustains and manages business relationships with select customers to develop solutions and/or create complementary products/services• Works with existing customers to further develop their business plans and provide new product introductions and marketing strategies• Create and execute plan to grow segments and market share based on potential. Utilizes Sales Force/CRM for effective sales pipeline management•. Recruit and build out sales team
