The KBR Technology Solutions Team focused on architectural and engineering services for the the Air Force and NASA. During the course of employment was instrumental in the successful construction of five (5) major projects totaling in excess of $45 Million. These are: Providing on-site Project and Construction Management at Thule Air Base, Greenland, of a (Core Hybrid) Satellite Tracking Upgrade Project, at Detachment 1 of the 23rd Space Operations Wing, Polar Orbital Geophysical Observatory (POGO); Serving as Project and Construction Manager of a two-campus Fire Alarm System Replacement Project for NASA at their White Sands Complex, Las Cruces New Mexico; Providing on-site Management of an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Replacement Project at the WSGT campus, in the NASA White Sands Complex, Las Cruces New Mexico; Managing the Construction of LMOC (‘Laser Communications Relay Demonstration Project’ Mission Operations Center), a classified SCIF, within the STGT campus, in the NASA White Sands Complex, Las Cruces New Mexico.The fifth (5th) major project was conducted for NASA at McDonald Observatory near Fort Davis Texas. The McDonald Geodetic Observatory (MGO) - in which I managed the construction during the Fall of 2019 - is co-located with a number of astronomical observatories. The site has been a pioneering site for lunar and satellite laser ranging development since the 1960s. The University of Texas at Austin developed and tested the first Transportable Laser Ranging System (TLRS-1) at the site during the late 1970s and early 1980s. The first acquisition of LAGEOS by the MLRS occurred in August, 1981, and the first lunar acquisition occurred in August, 1983. In 1988, MLRS was relocated from its original location between Mt. Locke and Mt. Fowlkes to its current site on Mt. Fowlkes. A permanent GNSS receiver is co-located at the McDonald site. A VLBA site is located approximately 8 km from the system.

As such: Performed all aspects of Project Management in regard to the construction of a multi-million dollar Wing Headquarters, Maryland Air National Guard, Middle River Maryland; Project Mgt. of an A-10 Warthog Simulator Facility, Maryland ANG; Accomplished all Program Management/Design Review of Cyber ISR (Intelligence/Surveillance and Reconnaissance) Headquarters, in Middle River Maryland, as well as Program Design Review of a Network Warfare Facility, Fort Meade Maryland, on behalf of the Maryland Air National Guard, and; Made significant impact as Military Construction Program Manager and Project Manager for Sustainment, Restoration and Maintenance Projects while with the Maryland Air National Guard including serving as the leading member of a team that elevated the BCE’ performance in obtaining, obligating and completing projects to Number "1" in the US during FY 2012 - then remaining in the top ten (10%) percent every fiscal year thereafter (for many years prior the Maryland Air National Guard’ performance was in the bottom ten percent).
