In 2021 in conjunction with my Business Partners, my company Renascence Holdings made an investment in Paramount Hospitality Concepts which is designed to offer innovative food & beverage experiences along with private events to it's customer base. In 2021 my company Renascence Holdings in conjunction with business partners; formed Paramount Realty Holdings which is a commercial real estate company. The primary objective of Paramount Realty Holdings is to acquire mixed use properties that generate income and will house new restaurant concepts formed by various companies I am involved within the hospitality industry.Paramount Realty Holdings closed on its first mixed use building comprised of 4 apartments and 7,000 SQ FT of space for a restaurant concept which would be owned and operated by myself along with business partners. Paramount Realty Holdings continues to search for other similar mixed used properties for future restaurant concepts.

In 2014, my company Renascence Holdings formed Hospitality Innovations in conjunction with Business Partners. Hospitality Innovations is designed to provide innovative food, beverage and private event experiences for sports fans, concert goers and corporations in close proximity to arenas and stadiums. The company successfully secured funding to open Redd's Biergarten located directly across from the Prudential Center in Newark's Downtown Arena District. As a Principal Managing Partner of Hospitality Innovations, I provide operational, financial and marketing expertise in order to maintain and grow the Redd's Biergarten's revenue base. Additionally, I developed relationships with the NJ Devil's Organization and Corporations headquartered in Newark, NJ regarding hosting their events. Was instrumental in insuring the business survived being closed for many months during the COVID Pandemic (fortunately the business is thriving again).
