Frank led a team responsible for global IT shared services demand management, ensuring the successful global offshoring of finance and accounting processes, and managing the conversion to a global standardized chart of accounts.

Frank served as CFO for AES' global renewable businesses, including wind and solar development, construction and operating projects in North America, Europe, China and India. Prior to this role, he served as CFO for the North America region of AES with businesses in US and Mexico, including 20 power generation projects and IPL, a $1 billion integrated utility. Frank led all finance functions and supported strategic initiatives, including organic and acquisition growth.

IPL is a $1 billion subsidiary of The AES Corporation. Frank served as a member of the senior leadership team accountable for the development and execution of the business plan. He held responsibility for all accounting and finance functions, including accounting, management and SEC reporting, tax, treasury, budgeting, long term planning, capital raise activities and strategic initiatives.

Frank was responsible for all accounting operations and internal/external financial reporting, including SEC, IURC and FERC. Developed and implemented plans to achieve SOX compliance.

Responsibilies included Regulatory Affairs, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Safety, Environmental Services and Security.
