Consultant - Primary real estate and financial consultant driving acquisition, entitlement, and development on behalf of a client base that spans real estate, investment groups, and developers. Responsible for delivering feasibility studies, pro-forma income statements, cash flow analysis, and market strategy recommendations.•Helped negotiate joint venture between Arizona home builder and real estate investment group with an expected revenue stream of $300 million per annum.•Lead research and feasibility studies for financial investment firms in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Illinois.•Delivered market strategy recommendations in support of land acquisition and development in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, and California.
