Successfully handled the doubling of sales volume and corresponding labour increases by boosting machine productivity by 15%, reducing scrap 20% and overhead by 2%, and negotiated a 5 year agreement one year ahead of schedule. The facility achieved its first profitable year after 9 years; doubling the year after.
