Frank graduated from the University of Dundee, Scotland with an Honours degree in Civil Engineering and Management. He trained with Arup (primarily structural engineering) in the UK, working on many interesting projects, several international including Hong Kong and Russia. After becoming a Chartered Engineer (Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, U.K.) he emigrated to Toronto, Canada and joined Halsall Associates, becoming a Professional Engineer (Ontario). As a senior structural engineer/project manager he was involved with the design and team management for many challenging projects, primarily in Ontario but also in Bermuda. After several wonderful years with Halsall Associates and having secured shareholder status Frank left to pursue a business opportunity in Bermuda - as principal structural engineer of Entech Ltd. After five years, having developed Entech Ltd into a thriving practice he moved to the Cayman Islands where he became a partner with Cayman Engineering. In December 2015 Frank founded his own Engineering consultancy business, Reed Consulting Engineers.
