Why the corrugated box industry? Almost four decades invested and I still find myself calling those everyday containers delivered from Amazon- Cardboard. In my current role, I work to better understand the demands of my customer’s clients while getting to recognize their goals, passions and struggles. At the same time, I operate as a servant leader to provide co-workers every day needs. With this appreciation, I can easily grasp a solution they feel confident in receiving. You may call it sales. As director, I call it good listening and advisement through fellowship. This method of relationship capital leads to increased value to my client as well as my co-workers generated from thoughtful conversation and time to develop trust. My expertise includes machine design, project management and sales administration. My colleagues would describe me as someone who is driven.
