Scope of service included cold head refrigeration system maintenance and replacement, liquid helium fills (on-site and at seaports for incoming magnets), magnet de-icing, leak detection and repair, thermal cycles (cool downs) and general trouble shooting.- Developed top-notch field service team and was largely responsible for turning around ongoing field service tech retention problem resulting in major savings in reduced recruiting and training costs.- Managed field service safety focus and led monthly safety conference calls.
