As the Technical Program Management leader for BIgQuery, I drive an engineering team responsible for planning and execution excellence for one of Google Cloud’s most successful and differentiated products. As GPM for the Xbox Business Engineering team, I led a Program Management organization responsible for envisioning, partnering, and delivering experiences and services to increase reach, revenue and GM across the many aspects of our gaming business. As the PM lead for Xbox Commerce, I was primarily responsible for:• Leading formation of Xbox One's digital distribution strategy and development of key technologies • Defining many of the initial product specifications for Xbox Game Pass, which has become a massively successful product for Microsoft with 18M+ subscribers. Game Pass is hailed by the press as the “Netflix of Gaming.”• Prioritization, requirements, dependencies, and scheduling for the entirety of our multi-billion dollar Subscriptions, Store, and Game Streaming monetization engineering investments across multiple distinct engineering organizations within Microsoft• Extending Xbox One’s depth commerce capabilities to the Windows Store • Coordination, strategy development, and gap analysis across the Xbox business, Microsoft Studios, third-party publishing, Xbox engineering, and finance teams• Integration of new features with our Microsoft Game Studios and third-party developers, bringing their monetization models to Xbox and unblocking title development• Leading Microsoft's acquisition and integration of Pando Networks, a provider of download acceleration technology integrated into Windows UpdateMy performance in this role was recognized with Microsoft's Gold Star Bonus award, given to select individuals for exemplary service.

Following a division-wide re-org, I joined the Xbox Live Content Services team. In this role, I was responsible for:• Driving cross-divisional and cross-company partnerships required to deliver on Xbox Live's Kinect Voice Search and Xbox TV features• Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Partnerships related to media metadata enhancement and digital distribution• Technical integration of VideoSurf, an acquisition made by Microsoft in November 2011

As a Senior Lead Program Manager on Xbox Live Marketplace, I drove significant improvements in our online transaction business, growing functionality and revenue for the platform, while partnering with internal and external development studios to enhance revenue opportunities via downloadable content. During my tenure, our online transaction revenue grew over 326%.

As the Senior Lead Program Manager and public face of the Virtual Earth Platform, I was responsible for the continued success of our enterprise-focused Virtual Earth and MapPoint Web Service businesses from a product development standpoint. In this role, I defined the feature sets and product roadmap, as well as designed a subset of features and managed a team of Program Managers executing on the remainder. I presented roadmap and strategy information to senior/c-level decision makers at select companies and worked directly with our sales team to land large enterprise accounts in the U.S. and internationally through direct customer interaction. During my stewardship, platform revenue rose 343% (Fiscal Year 2005-Fiscal Year 2008). Customer satisfaction rose from 75% to 94%.
