Mr. Rotonda is an accomplished Professional Civil Engineer licensed in multiple states. He has extensive experience in Civil and Structural building inspection. He has performed Forensic Civil and Structural Engineering, Relocation and Construction Inspections of more than 3,000 properties. In the span of his career, Mr. Rotonda has provided expert engineering services to Public and Private clientele including Insurance Companies, Attorneys, Relocation Companies, School Boards of Education, Public Libraries, Municipal and County Governments, Colleges and Universities, Hospitals and Residential Private Communities. Mr. Rotonda serves as Engineer of Record for the Design of Site Developments and has completed Turn-Key Construction Projects as well as Public Construction Management Assignments. Mr. Rotonda brings a strong Mathematical and Analytical Science background to his work. He developed complex hydraulic models, provided sampling, biochemical analysis and hydraulic design of water conveyance and treatment systems. He developed Roadway and Sidewalk Designs and prepared Utility Maps for cities. Mr. Rotonda has hands-on construction experience, Land Surveying experience, has supervised Construction projects and served as a Field Surveying Crew Chief. He performed specialized environmental services including litigation support for Wastewater Treatment Plant (Clean Water Act enforcement). His environmental science expertise also includes wetlands delineation, development of sampling plans, field monitoring and testing and he prepared Environmental Site Assessment Reports. Mr. Rotonda managed a Specialty Firm providing Financial Due Diligence Consulting. He monitored and certified payments for large tract-developments of both commercial and industrial projects. Mr. Rotonda’s Expert Testimony in Courts has assisted on numerous occasions where his expert witness testimony was called upon in the field of Civil, Structural and Forensic Engineering. Mr. Rotonda completed specialized legal training by the New Jersey Superior Court and is recognized for his expertise in dispute resolution in matters of Building Construction, Real Property Disputes and Complex Construction Issues.
