Key Accomplishments -- Instrumental in all areas of the development and launch of a corporate university for SABIC, a multi- national, $68B, global Saudi Arabian company with 35,000+ employees-- Designed and developed the Talent Review processes (used company-wide) to determine : Promotions, Raises, Succession, Educational Needs, Re-assignments, etc. for SABIC’s: Executives, Leaders, Professionals, Supervisors, and their direct reports -- Represented Human Resources and Learning and Development on the implementation team for the $11.6B SABIC acquisition of GE Plastics-- For SABIC, established collaborative and strategic alliances with major learning providers and major academic institutions such as London Business School, Harvard University, Stanford University, Thunderbird University, Oxford Management Center, Financial Times Knowledge-- Developed a target selection program for SABIC to interview hi-potentials and new leaders-- Co-led the design and delivery of competency-based Executive and Leadership DevelopmentPrograms including 360 assessments approved by Technical Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) of Saudi Arabia for the second largest steel mill in the country-- Developed succession plans for multiple Saudi companies to meet KSA Saudization standards, as well as, company’s succession goals
