Frank Rubba was struck with a vision the moment the opportunity to acquire the Stewart’s Root Beer brand fell onto his lap. After seeing the alcoholic seltzer sector grow substantially on a national level in just a few short years, Frank knew that developing the traditional Stewart’s soda flavors into spiked seltzers would definitely be worth the risk, and acquiring the rights to the Stewart’s brand was without question the right move. Stewarts Enterprises Holdings Incorporated is the sole owner of the original Stewarts Root Beer brand, its trademarks, and worldwide intellectual property rights for all Stewarts retail products other than non alcoholic sodas. Stewart’s non alcoholic sodas are manufactured and distributed by the licensee, The Keurig Dr. Pepper corporation. Stewarts Enterprises Holdings is currently distributing its Stewarts Spiked Seltzer and Stewarts hard soda product lines throughout the United States. SEI will also be developing other Stewarts retail consumer products. Stewarts Enterprises Inc. is the exclusive licensee of the Hard Rock Hard Seltzer product line and all Hard Rock RTDs ( ready to drink ) cocktails in a can. This product line is fully developed, manufactured and distributed by Stewarts Enterprises Inc. in partnership with the licensor, Hard Rock International Group, owner of the Hard Rock Casinos, cafes, and Resorts. These Hard Rock product lines are sold in the United States, UK, EU, Southeast Asia, Australia, Canada, as well as other regions internationally. Hard rock ready to drink cocktails are sold in over 20 countries worldwide.Stewarts Enterprises Inc. Is the exclusive United States distributor of, Bounce Back US. Bounce Back is an after alcohol and wellness beverage that is sold at various retailers in the UK.
