I have significant executive level management experience in the healthcare equipment industry with focus on medical equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) and service program development. I was successfully engaged in leadership roles in healthcare technology for over 40 years, up to my retirement in 2022.With ISS Solutions, I was the executive responsible for the company's commercial division. This operation customized the design and implementation of HTM compliance solutions for medical centers, hospitals and specialty clinics. During my tenure with ISS Solutions, I directed the expansion of the commercial business from a regional operation into a national company servicing 44 states.As owner President and CEO, I built a medical equipment service and asset management company, Affiliated Clinical Engineering Services, Inc. (ACES) from a start-up into a multi-million dollar business.
