Design Manager for the BESIX-BPC consortium on the SNCB-MNBS Fonsny Project.

Responsible for the A-Stay projects under development in Belgium, Moldova and UK. Starting from the design concept, to the obtaining of a building permit and execution on site.

With BESIX STAY we are developing a new hospitality concept called A-Stay (www.astay.be). Both the development and operations of the hotels are kept in-house. As Project Manager I was responsible for the design development, execution and opening of the first A-Stay in Antwerp. Main tasks were: Finalize A-Stay concept en design requirements; Follow-up construction by general contractor; Manage all finishing works, which were procured directly.

Supporting the Greenline Metro Project, a project executed by Porr, Saudi Bin Laden Group and HBK. Responsible for the construction of the 12 entry buildings of the Green Metro line in Doha, Qatar.

The final stage of the Master in General Management involved a two month internship at the financial department of BESIX, studying the PPP-market (Public-Private-Partnerships).
