* Provide full life cycle staffing services in support of numerous Clients. * Evaluate incoming Job Order requests. * Confer with appropriate hiring authorities to clarify and/or update Job Orders when necessary. * Phone screen, technically screen and ultimately deliver appropriate technical personnel as per Job Order requests in an accurate and timely manner. * Manage Internet job posting process in order to secure appropriate IT personnel for immediate or proactive staff augmentation initiatives. * Negotiate bill rates, direct labor rates with hiring authorities and consultants, respectively. * Conduct consultant reference checks and initiate background and drug investigations. * Conduct new hire follow-up and client follow-up to ensure consultant and client satisfaction. * Utilize in-house Applicant Tracking System, employee referral program, networking initiatives, free and fee-based job boards and advanced internet sourcing techniques to successfully source, recruit and place applications and infrastructure personnel.Clients: Fiserv, Verizon, NCR, Sony PlayStation.
