Frank is responsible for managing the strategic direction of Spectra Projects Ltd., along with overseeing the daily operations of Business Development, Estimating, Client Care, Human Resources & Health and Safety. His experience within various industries, education, and entrepreneurial spirit have equipped him with the skills to be a decisive leader as he works to foster sustained growth.In the past 5 years working directly within commercial construction as a general contractor, Frank has developed a diverse skill set while building extensive relationships throughout the industry, which are highlighted in the references and referrals attributed to him. Prior to, and over the past 10 years, Frank contributed to the industry as a managed services and strategic planning provider across industry segments, including: general contractors, sub-contractors, and professional services - architectural and engineering.Outside of work, Frank takes every opportunity to enjoy the city he was born and raised in, whether it be uncovering local coffee shops with friends, golfing, or taking in the city’s summer festivals with his wife and kids. He is actively involved as a Committee Member with both Junior Achievement and KidSport Edmonton, while an active member of CPHR Alberta, the Edmonton Construction Association, the ECA Young Builders Group and NAIOP Edmonton Chapter.
