Frank oversees all technology and office operations across all of the firm's offices (Washington, Paris, London and Manama, Bahrain). Major accomplishments to date include a 6000 sq ft expansion of the London office, opening a new office in Bahrain, leading a major overhaul of the firm's IT systems, and building an amazing team of office managers, IT and other legal professionals.

Frank oversaw all of the technology, training, and litigation support functions of the firm in his time as IT Director of Gilbert LLP. Frank successfully guided the firm through many technology transitions, such as moving document management to cloud-based NetDocuments, virtualizing the server farm, implementing an IP phone system, migrating to a Window 7 desktop, and implementing a collocation facility for disaster recovery. Frank's proudest achievement is building a team of top-notch IT professionals through hiring, mentoring, coaching and steady leadership. Frank worked closely with senior firm leadership on firm-wide initiatives such as matter budgeting, legal project management and loss prevention, and he was responsible for budgeting, contract negotiation and vendor management.

Frank managed projects within IT and other administrative departments of the firm. These projects included an email migration from Lotus Notes to Exchange, the implementation of the firm’s Business Continuity Plan, including a Life Safety Plan and Administrative Plan for Business Continuity, the implementation of the firm’s formalized budgeting process, the implementation and management of the firm’s Project Management software, and migration of critical firm systems to the collocation facility.

Frank began at Swidler Berlin as a network engineer and was later promoted to Manager of User Support Services, where he managed a staff of eight user support, hardware support and training personnel, supporting 350 users in two offices.
